Good candidates for a schedule
- A weekly digest of news about a topic, with links.
- A monthly report built from a public dataset.
- A recurring comparison of publicly listed prices or features.
- A reminder-style summary of what changed in a project folder.
Write the request once, carefully
A scheduled task repeats the same instructions, so make them specific about scope, format and what counts as a change worth reporting.
Every Monday, search for news from the past seven days about EU AI regulation. Summarise the five most significant items in a short Word document with one paragraph and a source link each. If nothing significant happened, say so in one line.
Review and adjust
Open the task to see each run, download its files, and refine the instructions when a run misses the point. Pause the schedule when you no longer need it.
